OUR TEAM
- Regularly check temperature for staff, guests, visitors
- Staff with flu symptom and unwell are not allowed to work and asked to consult doctor immediately. A self quarantine and rapid test may required before he /she could come and works again
- Mandatory face mask when work and face shields when preparing food and serve guests
- Regularly wash hands and keep physical distancing
CLEANING & SANITIZING
- Improve cleanliness standard by introducing new standard of procedure and proper training
- Thorough cleaning, sanitizing our rooms, lobby, garden and each villa before guests arrive
- Villa has to be sanitized properly and vacant for at least 8 hours before next guests check in.
- Keep at least one villa empty to create space among guests
- Cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizing frequent touchable items or parts in the villa, lobby, kitchen and office
- Disinfected and sanitized car interior before guests pick & drop
YOUR COMFORT
- Develop contactless check in and check out
- Hand sanitizer is available in the lobby and each villa
- Laundry for each villa will be segregated
- Breakfast and In room dining will be served in more hygienic ways
- We team up with exceptional restaurants around us, who follow and implement covid 19 protocol to bring their menu to our villa at your convenience
- We update cancellation policy if you wish to cancel, reschedule your booking
- Our front office will help you when you experience stress given the changing information on travel restriction, cancelled or postpone public event, change and reconfirm your travel plan as we understand that in these uncertain and troubling times
